With a 550,000 square meter production area for walls and partitions, the factory primarily produces lightweight concrete walls from locally supplied raw materials and parts. By reducing the weight of buildings by 45 percent and hastening project completion by more than 250 percent when compared to conventional construction techniques, this innovation represents a significant leap in the construction sector. This strategy also makes construction more productive by lowering the amount of workers required. Notably, these thin concrete walls are 18% more soundproof than conventional building techniques and have a fire-resistance rating of more than two hours.
